We create experiences throughout the Algarve and can also plan special moments elsewhere in Portugal. Experiences outside the Algarve are subject to availability and may include additional travel, accommodation or location costs, always confirmed in advance.
Absolutely. You can personalise your setting, decorations, message, music and selected extras. Share your ideas with us and we will create a proposal tailored to your moment.
Yes. Every base package includes professionally edited photographs taken with a professional camera, together with short mobile-phone video clips created for social media. Longer 30-minute or one-hour photography sessions are also available as an optional extra.
Your comfort and safety come first. If we determine that the weather makes the experience unsafe or unsuitable, we will offer an alternative date at no additional cost. If you are unable to attend on an available alternative date, the amount paid will be refunded in full.
Cancellations requested within 15 calendar days of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided that more than 72 hours remain before the experience. After this period, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a 90% refund, while cancellations made between 30 days and 72 hours in advance receive a 70% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the experience are non-refundable.
Your booking is confirmed once the selected base package has been paid. If you later add any services or extras, the amount already paid will be deducted from the final total. Payments can be made by bank transfer or MB WAY. Any outstanding balance may be paid in cash on the day when agreed in advance.
